I love the detail on this. I don't think you have quite blended the 3d and the 2d truly in the matte painting tho.

There is this great tutorial DVD on matte painting by "Gnomon", It deals with exactly this type of artwork. In fact, I have a slight suspicion thats what you were trying to do! :D

you rock! keep up the great detail and never be afraid to step outside the box! (because you are a pioneer of the digital abstract back in the day :D)

I would love to see details of spaceships

very proffesional usage of all these programs and techniques. great tone and combination between tundra and mountains, nature with technique loke colonization of everything living in peace with wild nature

this is really refreshing and very nice. I love detailed works where you can watch every element and wow you can find out new details and stuff like for example the seccond thumb here on original work
